An annual maintenance contract (AMC) is an agreement with a service provider for Repair, Modify and Maintenance of web and allied services used by your company. Typically, AMCs include service support; however, you can add a Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) that will cover Programming Additional Facilities, IT support and sometimes re-design as well.
